During this event we will explore ways that senior leaders and subject leaders can review and evaluate the quality of diversity provision across the school. We will explore the importance of the school’s vision and values around their commitment to diversity. We will share strategies for monitoring provision including the curriculum, professional development, policy, practices and systems.
