Welcome to our training module, overcoming imposter syndrome

In this training module, we explore what imposter syndrome is, how it manifests, and how we can over come it. We share the different types of imposter syndrome and how you can identify the traits or signs. Being able to recognise these signs is the first step in coping with how it makes you feel.

This training module is suitable for everyone working in education. Even if you do not think you suffer from imposter syndrome, it is good to understand how it can affect others. It is likely to take 30 minutes to complete, depending upon the time you allocate to carry out the reflection activities.

We recommend that you download the reflection sheet so you can record your thoughts and ideas about overcoming imposter syndrome.
