Ofsted: How schools are inspected

This webinar is certainly worth watching if you are a due an inspection. It lasts about an hour and Ofsted staff go through the practicalities of school inspection from the initial notification of inspection right through to the publication of the final report. It is useful because it explains the school inspection handbook in more detail – it helps you to make sense of it.  They share some of the questions that the lead inspector will ask during the ‘educationally focused’ phone call.
