School Support Solutions Limited
The company was set up by Faye Heming with the aim of working in collaboration with schools to effect positive change and therefore improve outcomes for children. The support we provide is two-fold and schools have the freedom to select and combine the services which would be of most benefit to them.
- School Improvement
- Headteacher Support
We work with school leaders at all levels to provide advice, support, guidance, practical strategies and training to contribute to school improvement. Our approach is to work alongside school leaders to quickly grasp the unique context of the setting to ensure we gain a clear understanding of the issues underpinning the school’s performance. Clients have the option to select from a wide range of services to suit their needs and our effective support will develop and enhance the skills of the people we work with. We offer headteachers confidential and personal support to help them maintain their own well-being as this is a key factor in improving the effectiveness of a school. The role of a Headteacher can be rather isolating at times, so having an impartial confidante to talk to, who understands the unique pressures of leading a school, is very valuable.
